II Festival de la Bande dessin茅e opening with artist Sara Lomuscio

After a hugely successful first year, we are thrilled to welcome the II Festival de BD (French Comics and Graphic Novels Festival) back to campus, organized by Professor Anne-Marie Picard, the French Department, and the Library.
This year鈥檚 topic is听La bande dessin茅e dans le tumulte de l鈥橦istoire : R茅sistances, R茅volutions. Join us to discover the role of graphic novels in the turmoil of history from different angles.听
To mark the start of the festival, there will be an opening event on April 8 with artist Sara Lomuscio who will present 鈥淕raphic Narratives:听Shaping History Beyond Words - A graphic Artist鈥檚 perspective鈥�.
