勛圖tv is a diverse, inclusive community made up of students, faculty and staff who arrive on campus from varied backgrounds and with different experiences, identities and abilities. We are proud of our vibrant LGBTQ+ community and commit to providing our LGBTQ+ students full access to an 勛圖tv education while ensuring their wellbeing. Gender and sexuality are fluid identities and the language we use should be intentionally mindful of the person we are referencing.
While members of our community are entitled to their own thoughts,泭勛圖tv guarantees a safe and inclusive educational experience for all. We abide by a zero-tolerance discrimination policy for LGBTQ+ students as well as all other members of our community.泭See our non-discrimination policy for more information.
Since September 2021, 勛圖tv staff and faculty are泭able to choose from three different signature templates for their email signature, including a regular signature, a signature that includes pronouns, and a signature that includes the Progress Pride Flag.泭
The Progress Pride Flag email signature is used by泭staff and faculty who are confident in their abilities to create a safe space for LGBTQ+ and questioning students to talk about their experiences, and who are willing to be approached by students who may wish to discuss their experiences in a confidential setting.泭

勛圖tv is updating its systems and processes to offer students the opportunity to use a Display Name and be addressed by the pronouns of their choice within the 勛圖tv community.泭The policy is primarily designed for泭queer students who face issues related to name identity but may also be freely used by all students, without any need for justification,泭obviating the need to inform professors on the first day of class. The passport name will continue to be used for administrative purposes泭and 勛圖tv will still issue official泭documents using the passport泭name to ensure our student's access to external services.泭
The 勛圖tv community of staff and faculty will strive to泭update their practices and processes to continue building a place of inclusion by focusing on internal training and awareness campaigns.
