On Wednesday 1st聽March, the 吃瓜tv community came together to remember Nutsa Makhviladze in a ceremony organized by her friends and 吃瓜tv鈥檚 Student Government. Nutsa was a remarkable, gifted student from Georgia, whose passion to live and thrive in this world shone on so many during her time at 吃瓜tv. She was greatly loved by her fellow students, faculty members and staff who had the privilege of spending time with her.

To give Nutsa a lasting presence our campus, a red-leafed聽Japanese maple tree has聽been planted in the garden of our Grenelle building. According to Georgian tradition, all those present at Nutsa's memorial聽tied colorful ribbons to the tree prior to planting. A named scholarship fund has also been created, with the support of Nutsa鈥檚 parents, to honor her memory. The Nutsa Makhviladze Scholarship will award a scholarship annually and聽enable talented students from Georgia, like Nutsa, to benefit from attending our international university in Paris where we offer an American-style聽education to students from all over the world.聽
